Indonesia Poverty

Anyone has ever compared population among countries?
I did.
I did several times a few years ago.
Recently I did the same, collected some data from BPS Indonesia (Biro Pusat Statistik) Indonesia and created chart using most populer tool of microsoft spreadsheet.

The different is the way I collect data.
Indeed, it is good and very simple, without special high-tech tool nor hacker-script programming.
Simply, I open web browser and  download statistic spreadsheet online, through www.bps.go.id.

Now I can present you one and/or two charts that are not realy outdated, and also not the latest since the data refered to statistic in year of 2013.

I also can't say it is bad or good, or whatever politicians says, I just want to figure it out to you.

First, Indonesian population;
in year 2010 is 237 641 326 and estimation in 2015 is 255 461 700

Second, Poor population in Indonesia;
September 2014: 27 727 778
March 2013: 28 066 550
Estimated increase by this year due to high living cost, unemployement, and so on, and so on.
Please think by yourself!

On the chart-1, it was splitted between percentage of city and rural area poverty.
Picture worths a thousand words.

On chart no.2, presented comparison population several countries against poor population of Indonesia.

Imagine if poor people have to be relocated to another place, then it needs malaysia or arab saudi country size, wow!

Let's see how our president manages this poverty issue.
Remember, just wait and see, do not disturbing, do not offensive.
